I’m not just a sleep consultant. I’m a parent who’s experienced the struggles of sleepless nights and constant wake-ups. I know firsthand the questions you're asking, the advice you're hearing, and the doubts you're feeling. 

As a parent, I remember asking myself, "How do I get my baby/toddler to sleep through the night?" The question felt as complex as asking, "How do I raise my children to become respectful, caring teenagers?" I desperately wanted to find a way to get more sleep for our entire family so that I could enjoy those precious moments with my kids, instead of just “getting through it”.

In my work as a doula, I have seen many families struggle with sleep deprivation well beyond the initial weeks of parenting. I wanted to be able to offer them comfort and support so that both parents and children could finally get the rest they needed. With a firm belief in the efficacy of attachment principles, I embarked on a search, eventually discovering a sleep consultant training program that aligned perfectly with these values.

My passion is not just about helping your child sleep through the night; it's about helping you feel confident and equipped in this journey. I know how crucial it is to understand each child’s unique needs and provide advice that aligns with your parenting philosophy. This is a journey that doesn’t need to involve tears or distress.   • Written Plan: No need to memorize everything. You'll get a handy plan that you can refer to at any time, making it easier for you to follow the sleep strategies.

  • Three Weeks of Daily Follow-ups: To ensure a smooth transition, you'll share updates through the Rested app. This information allows me to support you in real-time as you make changes, tweaking the plan as needed for optimal results.
