A Postpartum Doula helps new moms with various things such as, but not limited to: aid with breastfeeding, putting baby to sleep (not to be confused with Sleep Consulting), running errands, etc. Rates are available for either day or night shifts.
Using an evidence-based & gentle sleep training approach that nurtures the bond between you and your child.
"We really enjoyed having Courtney in our home providing postpartum doula services. I have a 20 month old and a newborn and having the extra help was an amazing treat for us. She played with my toddler so I could shower and nurse my newborn in bed.
I feel like my newborns feeds always get cut short during the day because I am chasing my toddler around. It was relaxing and so nice knowing that Courtney was here to help! She also came with me to run errands and stayed in the car with the kids so I didn't need to take them out.
Other tasks she helped with were making my toddlers lunch, cleaning the bathroom (very well), and keeping my house tidy. I'm really glad we were able to have Courtney help us during the first couple weeks of newborn life. Thank you!!!"
